The tour was magnificent. Comfortable buses, good drivers, beautiful destinations, and an excellent guide. What more could you ask for?

My visit was on September 5th, and I got in at the last available time and didn't have time to do the entire tour.
The place is easy to find and has a beautiful facade.
The tour is self-guided, and what's a bit of a drawback is that in some cases the audio guide numbers are distributed throughout the building, so we sometimes have to go back and forth, which can be a bit confusing.
The place is wheelchair accessible, and there were two people taking the tour at the same time, and they were able to navigate the entire building with the help of a staff member.
The tour ends up being entirely via stairs, which can be tiring, especially after taking the Belgian Beer World Experience tour.
The tickets for both locations were purchased together as a package, which ends up being a better price.
Chocolate is provided at the beginning, middle, and end of the tour. At the end, there's a demonstration and explanation of how praline is made. This chocolate is delicious, and it's a great way to end the tour.
