The trip to Montmorency Falls was wonderful. We took the cable car which was a short ride to the top of the mountain. You got a panoramic view of the falls and the staircase that is on the side of the mountain. It’s another way you can get up to the falls. There is 487 steps so I recommend taking the cable car up and taking the stairs back down. Once on top there was a short walk to get to the suspension bridge. The bridge itself is fairly wide and very sturdy. Beautiful views. There was a zip line up there and it was fun watching people zip lining across the falls to the other side. There’s a lot of area up there to picnic and walk around. Once you get to the staircase, you have some beautiful views. There are several rest stations along the way to get to the bottom. It was not that bad. Once you’re down to the bottom, you can walk over closer to the falls where you can feel the spray. It was refreshing since it was a high 90° day.
