The overall booking experience was convenient and fast. However, I wish a refinement can be done to specify the ferry departure timing options inside of just providing a window period of vessel departures. If we have the exact ferry timing options available, it will save us the hassle of any change request if the timing allocated is unsuitable even when within the window period.
