While I picked this tour for the hot springs, I really enjoyed my time at Nyoirinji temple. I got to write my wish and hang it as part of a wind chime. I also wish we had more time for Yufuin as there were so many shops to explore! What made the tour excellent though was our guide, Nicole Yang. This is my 2nd tour with her and I was so glad it was her again! She gives a lot of background info on the spots we visited and she also gives recommendations on what to do so you are able to maximize your time and get the most out of the experience. I’ve been on other tours and I can tell you, she really is more than a timekeeper and direction-setter. She’s great at piquing your interest about the places with her stories and tips.

Really liked it. The tour guide was super sweet and answered all questions that were there. She also offered to take pictures when wanted. Loved all spots a lot and would totally book it again. Maybe it autumn since she said the colors around yufuin will be beautiful. And tip from me, if you see something good at the first stop buy it, don't think you will for sure find it again the next one and skip it. Totally buy it and just put it in the bus.

I booked two day tours for this trip and it was great! I love this model – it's hassle-free, especially since I brought my elders along. Our guide, Guo Quan, was very experienced and helpful, and even provided some useful sightseeing information about Hakata. I'll definitely book through Crip.com again next time.
