This was my first time joining a Ctrip tour group, and it was a great experience. They came to my door to collect my travel documents after I booked, and they also came to collect any missing documents – the service was excellent. The group members came from different provinces, but they got along very well. They even created a WeChat group after the trip. The itinerary was fantastic; in addition to the group tour, they included free time in Barcelona and Madrid, which was wonderful. I'll definitely join a tour again in the future.
