The little train wasn't too crowded. Having done my research beforehand, I sat on the side with the best view of the iconic arch of the bridge, which was great. The staff were all very friendly. The scenery at Cape Nobis was truly stunning. Even though it was cloudy, the view created a wonderful atmosphere. Our driver, Mr. Wu, was very responsible 😊 and the other members of our group were also great; everyone was punctual. It got quite chilly on Phillip Island at night; even in my light down jacket, I was still shivering. 🌟Special praise to the online customer service! They responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, which was very reassuring.

If you have some free time in Melbourne, I recommend this itinerary 🌿 Start your healing journey by taking a train and viewing the vast fields 🌳 What I remember most about Maru Zoo is how the koalas sleep all day, and how the kangaroos lie down next to people... 🐨🦘 Finally, end your healing journey with a visit to Phillip Island, where you'll see penguins and their adorableness 🐧

Since it was a small group, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The small crowds made the experience very good. The steam train burned coal, and the smoke was a bit dirty. I was covered in fine coal dust when I returned, so I tried not to open my mouth when facing the wind. The penguins were cute, and you could see them up close on the boardwalk. The starry sky was also beautiful. I had already seen the zoo in Brisbane, so I didn't go. I felt that an hour was a bit tight for the zoo. I would like to praise the driver and tour guide, Banban, for his steady driving and also for teaching us some sightseeing tips.

It was a great experience! The Puffing Billy Railway journey was a lot of fun and the staff were very friendly and professional throughout. The scenic views and heritage steam train ride made it even more enjoyable for the whole family. One small suggestion — parking can be a bit difficult to find, especially when visiting with kids. It would be really helpful if clear parking instructions or nearby options were provided during the ticket booking process. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience! 🚂

The trip was truly enjoyable! Our guide, Mr. Joe, was a very steady driver and a very nice guy. He shared a lot of local Melbourne trivia, even tidbits not found on Redbook, and was very humorous in his explanations. Thank you, Mr. Joe, for all the helpful guides along the way! 
