Definitely worth it, not too crowded even on a weekend and we really enjoyed it. We even climbed Simatai Great Wall. Our tour guide Cindy was very helpful and even texted me the exact locations of each town performance so we could get there on time. Great experience and highlight of my Beijing trip. Highly recommend this half day guide. Our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and very organised on the day. She showed us around the whole of forbidden city and told us so much about every part, something we wouldn't have got just visiting ourselves. She took time to check on everyone's welfare and had plenty of time for questions about the palace or just china in general. Overall certainly worth booking as it just wouldn't be possible to experience as much, or learn as much about the forbidden city. Communication was spot on before the visit with Lisa arranging everything over wechat.★

The service of Mu Bus is in place. Thanks to the tour guide Sister Mu. After we got on the bus, the child had diarrhea. She immediately gave us directions to the bathroom. She was inclusive and understood. After returning to the bus, there was no connecting seat. She also helped coordinate the seat (I took the child alone). Thank you Sister Mu. The explanation and reminder are also in place. We went to Mutianyu on Monday. There were super many people. Although we queued up for a long time to take the cable car, we still went to the enemy building on the 20th. Herotai and Haohanpo went.★

Overall fabulous service and a great easy way to visit the wall. However the planning of the meeting point and bus pick up in torrential rain left a bit to be desired. While I understand that there was nothing they could do about the rain we were left walking some distance to the bus and then waiting for it to arrive in a downpour. Not great then getting on an air conditioned bus for 1.5hours freezing. The actual service and guide were great. They aren’t wrong their souvenirs are cheaper and it’s a nice touch having tea and biscuits while you wait for the return bus.★

I rushed to Beijing to take my children to see before the official summer vacation. The children were going to Tiananmen Square to see. They were going to the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Forbidden City. Fortunately, I reported the explanation group and helped to grab it.
The service of the snail cultural tourism is in place. I pull the group one day in advance to remind the relevant precautions. If you have any questions, you must answer. According to the reminder, we will enter the Forbidden City at 8:40. The tour guide Zhang Guoxing has a lot of experience, the explanation is very exciting, respect the facts, there is a basis, the itinerary is reasonable, try to find a cool place to explain to everyone, also arrange a rest time, have questions and answers, relevant knowledge, stories, such as several treasures.
This trip to the children's Forbidden City did not leave regrets. After the 12 o'clock trip, we also visited the treasure hall, the clock hall, and visited until 3:30 pm.
