It's not the organizers' fault that I took away points. The weather ruined everything: cold, frost, and ice. The delivery was comfortable, the lunch was good, but walking on the wall itself was very slippery. And everything was foggy. So, we didn't get what we expected.★

This was an amazing guided tour of the forbidden city, Tiananmen Square and the central axis. It was super busy but our guide Icy was super fast and efficient and knew how to get us through the queues and crowds. A very informative morning and I’m so glad I did it!★

I'll list the positive aspects: the bus picked us up on time, the air conditioning was on and it was very warm, and our guide, Jessie, was very kind and helpful! She speaks very good English! An excellent and wonderful trip. Our guide, Roberta, contacted us via WhatsApp the day before departure and asked where to pick us up. Then she sent us the bus number, directions, and asked me to add her on WeChat (she later messaged us there). Along the way, she shared a little history (in English). We were also able to purchase lift tickets and a hotpot dinner (if we hadn't purchased them in advance). Upon arrival, we walked as a group to the entrance to the wall, where she explained and showed us where we could see and eat. Then we had free time to explore, meeting at the bus stop at 7:50 PM. We were a bit unlucky with the weather on the wall. The town of Gubet itself is very beautiful and authentic. I highly recommend it.★
