We had a wonderful day trip with Mario. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. His tour company (Unique Journeys) provides a really great tour, and I'm sure all of their guides are great. If you get Mario, you will be very fortunate! Xavier and Bia were extremely knowledgeable, and explain very well, the procedure to make spumante, brandy and sangria. While going to the cellar we had the opportunity to see a wonderful exhibition from different parts of the world, which I appreciated very much. And after we went to another place where we got to taste four different types of wines. It was a lovely afternoon and worth going, I got more than what I expected.
