We saw dolphins right at the beginning and later pilot whales. Unfortunately, no orcas, but the crew made an effort and kept a constant lookout, and there was plenty of time to observe the animals and take pictures. The trip out was pleasantly calm. On the return trip, the boat picked up quite a bit of speed, so I was glad I had my warm clothes on!

We had an amazing day with Rashid, our local guide in Tangier. He was very knowledgeable, charismatic, and organized. He kept everyone together and safe while communicating everything very clearly (and very funny!) in 4 languages.
