1. Smooth Booking Process
This time, I booked VIP Express at the Thai airport through Trip.com. Since it was my first time using it, I was a little apprehensive at first, especially since the price was significantly lower than my previous fast-track booking. However, their recent reviews were very positive and seemed reliable, so I proceeded. Customer service contacted me promptly and collected the required information via LINE. The entire booking process was smooth, and I felt reassured after completing it.
2. Professional and Responsive Customer Service
On the day of departure, I proactively contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and provided thorough instructions. I believe proactive communication is crucial to avoid any issues along the way.
3. Super Fast Arrival at the Airport
Upon arrival at BKK Airport, I was immediately greeted by a staff member holding a sign with my name on it. The entire process was very professional, and they made sure to ask if I had already applied for an e-entry card online, which is crucial and must be done. Afterwards, they escorted me to the VIP Express immigration lane. From deplaning to completing immigration, the entire process took less than 15 minutes, significantly faster than other passengers on my flight.
4. Baggage Check-in and Full Service
After clearing customs, they will escort you to the baggage check-in area. If you have checked luggage, they will assist you throughout the entire process. Since I didn't have any checked luggage, I asked them to leave. The entire process was very professional and smooth, and customer service was always in touch to ensure there were no issues.
5. Summary and Recommendation
The overall experience was excellent, and the price was reasonable, significantly cheaper than the previous expedited customs clearance. It took a while to receive the ticket as the person at the counter seemed unfamiliar with the service, but it was still cheaper than buying it with cash. Most BTS counters do not accept credit cards, so if you use this service to collect your one-day pass at the airport, you can buy it without having to bring cash.★

Staff will contact you after booking, get off the plane, staff will be at the exit of the plane, hold a card reception, take the Golf ball car, go to the exit counter. Get off the plane and enter the plane and pick up your luggage in 20 minutes.★
