Rafting is really too much of a ride, no thrills. It's still a nice ride. The quad is really fun, I was alone with a guide, it was really cool. The only downside, 3 changes of quad due to mechanical problem! At the same time, the course is very hilly so the machines are very stressed! I recommend the quad course, there were 2 of us on a 450cc.
