It's pretty good. I booked a day in advance and didn't know how to redeem the ticket, so I contacted Ctrip customer service. They helped me and told me to go directly to the hotel front desk to redeem the ticket. The hotel staff are very nice👍. They don't discriminate against you just because you're not staying here. They were happy to help me with how to redeem the ticket. The hotel front desk here doesn't redeem tickets. They just take a picture of the itinerary you purchased and tell you what time the boat leaves and ask you to wait in the lobby. I happened to arrive at 11 o'clock, and the hotel staff said it didn't matter if the boat left at 1 o'clock. I had lunch in the hotel restaurant, and I have to say it was better than what I had before. The meal and fish and chips cost a total of 380,000 Indonesian rupiah, which was very good, and it was a quick trip back home (╯▽╰)

The flight departed on schedule, and there weren't many people on board, so I was able to get a good night's sleep on three seats. The air conditioning worked well, so I highly recommend it. 👍

I was worried because the driver didn't arrive on time and didn't contact me on WhatsApp beforehand, but he seemed lost and ended up meeting me about 20 minutes late. Other than that, there were no other issues with the driver, who drove and waited for me. This 12-hour charter plan, which included an early morning pickup from my capsule hotel at Bali's airport and a final return to the airport for my evening flight, was very appealing because it departed and arrived at the airport, eliminating any additional transportation costs. The driver was knowledgeable about traffic congestion and took it into consideration when planning our itinerary. Traffic jams are common in Bali, and arrival times can be long, so I recommend planning your itinerary with the driver. It's difficult to visit multiple tourist spots with Grab, and the price can get quite high if you do multiple trips. It's also difficult to arrange transportation outside of the city, so I recommend a fixed-price charter like this plan. It was great to be able to see so much of Bali in one day. You can get a lot done in 12 hours without rushing.

You have to check in at the office first. We arrived an hour earlier than the meeting time, so we had something to eat across the street. When the time came, we would gather again and walk to the pier. There were a lot of people at the pier, so you had to listen carefully to what ferry they called before handing in your ferry ticket card (they had a heavy accent so I didn't realize my ferry was called at first, you can tell by the color of the ferry ticket card).

The service worked flawlessly. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm the transfer time from the hotel to the port. He arrived on time, drove us to the company office, helped us get our ticket, and gave us directions. The VIP lounge service was useless.


