Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. I am not very interested in this kind of artificially set up attractions, but there are also girls who like to take pictures all the time. Some people say Ubud is a forest, very relaxed, some people say Ubud is the soul of Bali, maybe because we have been to Yogyakarta and have been in Indonesia for a long time, so we don't feel that Ubud is too fresh or attractive. So, it depends on personal preference.★

It has been an excellent service! Our tour guide (Stroberi man 🍓) is the best tour guide I've met so far. He's extremely helpful, punctual, polite and fluent in English. I informed him in advance about my mom's impaired mobility and he assisted happily. He patiently helped us with routes, ticket purchasing, taking group pictures and even dropped us at the nearest locations to the attractions since my mom can't walk much. The restaurant he took us to for lunch was also perfect! There's literally nothing to complain about. He also came prepared with water and snacks for us. And he also knows and navigates around Ubud very well. perfect service!★

Amazing trip! My driver and guide Mr. Wirma was so kind, helpful, punctual and enthusiastic throughout this journey. He is very flexible and always makes sure you’re comfortable and at ease. He’s also the best photographer. I highly recommend this tour. You will see one of the most stunning sights in Bali, including the famous Gate of Heaven. You will enjoy it even more if Mr. Wirma is your guide. 🤩★

I’d love to chat about Ketut. He’s such a wonderful person who made us feel like family. He showed us everything and was incredibly kind and helpful. He even took photos for us and gave us some time together. We were even allowed to enter the waterfall, even though it was closed for new visitors. We’ll definitely be asking Ketut for help on our next trip.
