Mr. Sandi is a fantastic private tour guide and driver. He is well prepared, super friendly, and patient. He speaks fluent English, told us a great deal about the culture and history of Bali. This is a must do in Bali! Waking up at 2am was hard but it was so worth it. The view was amazing! That sunset brought on some emotions, it was absolutely beautiful! The black lava rocks were also amazing to see! The guide that picked me up in the morning was one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across, I happen to mention I like coffee and he made a quick stop at a local coffee place for me to buy the best coffee on the way back. The jeep guide was also so knowledgeable about the area and made the trip extra fun with some good music. Both went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy the day.Overall, it was a really great, once in a lifetime experience! If you’re in Bali and you’re not doing this, you’re definitely missing out!

Good day everyone! We really enjoyed this tour; we were four couples. The transfer from and to our accommodation was convenient, so you don't have to worry about getting lost or being late. The cars were comfortable and, most importantly, had working air conditioning. Our driver, Oka, was very friendly and approachable in Nusa Penida, patiently waiting and always helping us take great photos. The only downside was the included lunch: dirty cutlery, dishes, and a very limited selection of local dishes. Everything else was top-notch!

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.

I was satisfied with the tour itself. The driver who took me to the port was very nice. I also enjoyed snorkeling at Lembongan. I was a bit concerned that the driver who was showing me around town was smoking a lot.


