Picked up at 2:00 AM in Nusa Dua by Bawe, we immediately felt safe and comfortable. He speaks excellent English, drives carefully without risky moves, and shares great insights about Bali. During the 2h night drive and 2.5h return we never felt uneasy, even stopping together for a local coffee. More than a driver, Bawe quickly felt like a friend. He is truly gold for this company. Our guide Gede (Goodday we called him 😁) was also fantastic: he took stunning photos, explained about the volcano and plants, and helped us through tougher parts of the hike. After the breathtaking sunrise we relaxed at the hot springs, at our own pace, leaving refreshed and happy. The planned coffee plantation stop was easily skipped since we had already been, showing great flexibility. Would we recommend this trip? Definitely! You’re fully taken care of by the best people
