Tour was on time, jeep was clean, went to all places in the itinerary. Our English speaking guide had very limited English and the language barrier made it hard to engage in conversation about the sites visited for a better understanding of the area. At the white sand dunes you will need to pay an extra 300,000 VND CASH per person for an ATV to the top of the sand dunes for the sunrise/sunset view and if you want to sand toboggan it's an extra 50,000 VND CASH per person. This should be made clear at the time of booking. The red sand dunes were not red and very underwhelming. Overall, we had an enjoyable morning as watching the sunrise at the sand dunes was definitely a memorable experience, as was walking up the Fairy Stream.★

Tour guide Sam and coordinator Ruby have been very friendly and helpful throughout the trip! 10/10 recommend:) might want to wear long pant for the sand dune as the wind gets strong at times!
