We’re incredibly grateful to Fiona and her team for accommodating us after a mix-up when we arrived. Our guide, Sylvia, was absolutely amazing—everything you could hope for in a guide! She was knowledgeable, respectful, and so professional. It was our first anniversary, and Sylvia went out of her way to make it extra special for us. The lagoon was breathtaking, and the boat was spotless. We highly recommend this tour and will definitely be returning!

Miguel was born to work in a job like this. Genuinely the most passionate and informative tour guide we’ve ever had. Passionate and genuinely a great person through and through. You’ll enjoy the entire kayaking tour which is made even better as you learn about everything around you. The breakfast and coffee at the sunrise is absolutely perfect and a once in a life time experience. Do yourself a favour and book it, the early morning couldn’t be more worth it. Taking a catamaran was the best experience. We had the opportunity to see and enjoy the natural beauty, watch the sunset with friends, but the best part was having a captain named Ector (without the "h"), which is funny because there aren't many names like that, haha. He made sure each of us enjoyed the trip, explaining things and taking care of everyone. I really appreciated that. He made sure everyone had the best experience, from those of us who can't swim to those who can. In general, if you go to Bacalar, don't hesitate to take a tour, from paddleboarding to boat tours; they're the best. If you go, be sure to ask for the captain. He made our experience amazing. Thank you so much, Ector (without the "h").

Selene was fantastic. Very knowledgable guide and very friendly. A wonderful day was had at Cenote Azul and the Dzibanche architectural sites, with a few amazing local spots included. No problemas familia!


