Jeff, who was the assigned driver, was very friendly and considerate. He prepared a small stool for elderly to go up the mini van. He would propose changes to our itinerary based on his experience to ensure a smooth journey.

The family went to Penang for the first time, and Kobayashi received us from pick-up, drop-off and day trips. Her warm and thoughtful service is very warm.
