Booked as a guided tour after reading the reviews and glad we did. The queue was very long to general admissions.
Little confusion with collecting tickets as there was IT issue, but the guide sorted this out at the entry.
In September it was still very hot, a UV brolly was very useful although mind the crowds in a few areas.
The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all the history and finding shade for the group to stand in. Tour was 2 hours just the right length and at the end you can carryon with photos or head to the exit or museum.★

The tour was very well organised. The entire group was given a very good orientation in the beginning by Alexia. She ensured everyone carried water and adequate care was taken.
Audio equipment were good and entire walk across site was conducted very well. There were rightvset of breaks, sitting discussions, water breaks
