The staff were very proactive in contacting us to ensure we departed on time. Because my accommodation was in a rather inconvenient location, they even arranged a tuk-tuk to pick me up – I was truly touched! Luckily, this time our tour guide, George, joined us and was incredibly helpful in making our trip enjoyable. The vehicle was new, comfortable, and had good air conditioning; I highly recommend booking with them.

We took a three-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Overall, we enjoyed the trip: beautiful views, interesting temples, and good organization. The Zeina is a decent boat: not new, but acceptable. The food is good, and the staff is polite. There's a pool on the upper deck and a beautiful view of the Nile while sailing. In terms of cleanliness, it's worth giving a discount to Egypt: the standard is below average, but overall acceptable. We enjoyed the excursions. We had comfortable transfers, a good guide, Mido, in Aswan, and a decent guide, Ahmed, in Luxor. The temples are very beautiful and interesting. What's important to keep in mind: there are early morning wake-ups between 3 and 5 AM almost every day. Entrance fees are not included, and drinks on the boat are extra. You'll also need to budget for tips/baksheesh: drivers, guides, and cruise staff will receive these, plus an envelope for the crew upon check-out. On the downside, the hot air balloon ride in Luxor was canceled due to weather. This wasn't the organizers' fault, but we were counting on it. Overall, I enjoyed the cruise. Just be prepared for early wake-ups and extra charges.
