1. Vehicle Arrangement: A superb vehicle was arranged for us; the car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy, making the entire ride very comfortable. 2. Driver Mr. Wang: Absolutely amazing! (1) The afternoon before departure, he communicated with me in advance about the departure time and location. He also provided suggestions for the itinerary based on our requests, being very meticulous and patient in answering our questions. He even reminded us to bring some carrots to feed the animals. (2) It was very hot in Beijing today, and Mr. Wang prepared various chilled drinks and snacks for us in advance: iced mineral water, homemade iced coffee (amazing, because I usually drink iced Americano in the morning), iced tea drinks, and snacks like hawthorn strips! When we boarded the bus, there were already iced drinks on the seats, and the temperature was adjusted to a very pleasant level—truly a detail-oriented person! He even put the vegetables and fruits we brought in the refrigerator. Furthermore, he promptly observed our feedback on the itinerary and adjusted the seats and temperature accordingly—so thoughtful! (3) After visiting the predator enclosure, we wanted to go to the walking area first. So, Mr. Wang brought us our feeding food and snacks from the parking lot, driving all the way there in the sweltering summer heat to deliver them to us. Truly butler-like service, top-notch!!! (4) During our last visit to the drive-through area, Mr. Wang not only found various photo spots for us but also took so many great photos and sent them to us. His thoughtfulness was off the charts! (5) Finally, when we got home, we realized we'd left our hats in the car. Mr. Wang went to great lengths to bring them to us. So kind of him! In short, feel free to choose Mr. Wang. His expertise speaks for itself!!!

Everything went just great! The driver was a great guy; he came to the hotel reception to look for passengers. As confirmed, we were parked at the hotel at 8:55 and waiting for a car. The driver drove up to the parking lot and then came to the hotel to find us. When we couldn't find our car between 9:05 and 9:10, we asked the hotel receptionist for help. She kindly pointed us to a young man who was waiting for us. It's great to have such responsible people as our driver! He didn't leave, but started looking for us, and of course, we were looking for him too. The car exceeded our expectations! It was big enough and comfortable. The car was perfectly clean. The driver was polite, courteous, and a very pleasant young man. He drove carefully and delivered the car exactly on time and at the right place on the way back. Thank him so much for everything!!!!
