We had a fantastic guided bike tour through the wonderfully vibrant city of Antwerp! Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Basil, perfectly catered to our specific needs, his German was excellent, and he even tailored parts of the tour to our preferences. It was a superb introduction to the city! Thank you, Basil! It was a wonderful introduction to the city! Thank you, Basil! ...
Reviews: Tootbus Brussels Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Belgium

The buses ran as frequently as advertised, and the app provided realistic waiting times for the next bus. The German audio guide was excellent in parts, with relevant commentary and amusing anecdotes, but in other sections it was monotonously read by a computer voice. The kids' audio guide is very good, but unfortunately, it's only available in English, Dutch, and French. The AI assistant "Tootie" in the app is an absolute disgrace; it never stops talking and can't be turned off or muted. The only solution is to close it completely or exit the app. Otherwise, the buses are clean and safe, but unfortunately, they lack air conditioning.
