We booked a full day tour with Mr Silong. He was supported by an excellent driver. Mr. Silong was a knowledgeable, personable, and protective steward of the day. The curriculum we agreed on matched exactly our interests. He was able to provide university level information at each site while allowing time and space for individual exploration. There is no better way to understand and see this beautiful city.

Mr. Pum is a friendly guide who explained every tour spots to us clearly. He also shared his personal story on his parents who experienced the period of Khmer Rouge regime which made me relate more for visiting Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and killing field. For National Museum and Royal Palace, we were only walking around the entrance thus if you want to have a real visit, you have to find extra time/ date to go.

I cannot recommend this enough. Particularly if you have never visited Phnom Penh before. I really recommend you go on your first evening as it's a great way to introduce to alot of places and it was you could see the landmarks in quiet, so can take as long as you want to take photos etc. Mr Thy was a great guide. Very informative and knowledgeable on Cambodia history. Thankfully he speaks English.. A trip like this really helps us visitors have a better sense of the rich history here.


