The Driver, Adrian is an excellent driver. He drove safely and the bus was clean and nice temperature inside, keeping us all warm and cozy since raining day in Amsterdam and raining at Brugge when we finished our tour.
The tour guide, Blanca is very sweet and friendly. She is an amazing tour guide. She cares so much for us. She talked to each of us. She explains very thoroughly about the history of Brugge. She also explained what we should do or eat during our day in Brugge. Very lovely person. She speaks Spanish & English very well.
And I have an English tour guide, Juliana, she is amazing too. She explained very well and she was given time to take a picture during her explanation.

The itinerary is spot-on but expect minor changes due to seasonal reasons. The guide, Juan, is very knowledgeable and responsive and the driver drove smoothly to each sites. Please expect lots of walking.★

Although the overall experience was very “touristy” with hordes of people coming through these areas, we thoroughly enjoyed the quick and varied stops that taught us things and incorporated delicious foods. Rob in particular was an amazing guide. 10/10 for his skills in connecting Americans’ background knowledge and home culture or humor to the Dutch peoples’ cultural norms, geography, and history relevant to the areas we visited.
