I used this during a business trip, with a 12-hour layover and staying at an airline-provided hotel. The airport Wi-Fi was sometimes slow or unreliable, so it was more useful while waiting at the airport. It's inexpensive, so I think it's a good idea to buy it as insurance.

Trip's eSIMs have really surprised me. It's the first time I've used them... other companies like Holafly are good but expensive. In China, where I was traveling, there were times when there was no coverage... but I got eSIMs for this trip for Thailand, Taiwan, and China... I bought them separately because I was hesitant, thinking they wouldn't work... I'm very impressed. Next time I'll get a package for the whole continent like other companies do... I only spent 9 euros for 15 days, a real bargain!
