Reviews: Dubai Red Dunes Desert Safari, Quad Bike, Camels at Al Khayma

Picked up on time in a 4x4. Only one other couple in the car with us.
Great activities as advertised.
One bad thing was that on the advert it does not mention stargazing, but you do actually get to stargaze with telescopes provided.
After quad biking which is great, we went dune bashing and sandboarding. Then travel to the desert camp where we ride camels, stargaze, feed camels, watch a horse show, watch a variety show and have unlimited buffet food.
Veg and Non-veg options are plenty, and everything is cooked fresh and really great.
They have bathrooms there and if you cold they provide blankets, you don't need the VIP area which is actually further away from the stage.
Considering the cost versus the activities, this is really good value and you felt taken care of the whole trip.

A must-have for Aussies traveling to Asia – huge savings compared to roaming
Rating: 5/5. This was my second time using this eSIM, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer for Australians traveling to Asia.
I did the math, and the cost savings are significant. To put it in perspective, I looked at the big Australian telcos' roaming fees:
· Vodafone & Optus have a daily roaming rate of AUD $5 for international data.
· Telstra's similar plan will cost you AUD $10 per day.
For a 10-day trip, that's an eye-watering AUD $50 to $100 in roaming fees alone.
Then there's the value when compared to other eSIMs. For example, a popular provider like Airalo charges around AUD $37.50 for a 10GB/30-day plan for a single country like Indonesia. However, this Trip.com eSIM gave me connectivity across multiple countries in Asia at a fraction of that cost. It even worked out cheaper than other dedicated Asia eSIM providers, such as Nomad's regional plan.
The best part is the flexibili

Used it in Manila and had 5g connection most of the time. It was fairly fast. Highly recommended and will probably book it again!

I used an eSIM during my trip—everything connected quickly, without any unnecessary configuration. The internet was stable, the speed was decent, and it was enough for both navigation and video playback. It's convenient that you don't have to search for a physical SIM card.
