We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel, and also on the way back. The organization was generally good; they told us in advance where and what time we'd be picked up. Everything was smooth. The journey took about an hour each way.

It was perfect! I chose Southwest and I happened to be the only one on the bus, we didnt have any other stops. The driver was great, he handled my bags and left only after putting me on the boat. Highly recommend!

We booked a pickup from the hotel to Kalibo for 4:00 PM, and they picked us up at 3:50 PM. They organized everything, walked us by the hand everywhere, and delivered us on time. We booked both roundtrip. These guys are great! I highly recommend them!
