The museum was fantastic, but when I arrived, I wanted to give the staff my reservation code and PIN because I didn't receive a QR code via email, only these details. Unfortunately, the staff said they wouldn't let me in without the QR code. I had to load your app, open my ticket, and only then was I able to enter.

Honestly I was excited but I didn't know what to expect and it was utterly fantastic. it was only an hour but it really was stunning. Amazing flamenco dancing and amazing singing and guitar playing. it was entrancing to watch. we loved it
