The guided tour through the gorge was truly an experience. Impressive scenery! Our guide, Ambra, was very friendly and knew a great deal about the formation of the gorge and the flora and fauna that live there. That was very interesting. She did a fantastic job leading the rather diverse group (there were some faster and some slower walkers) and perfectly adjusted the pace. She explained everything in perfect German and English, which I really appreciated. Once we reached a small jetty at the bottom, we jumped into the sea with the guide 😊 That was another little highlight after the somewhat strenuous hike. The transfers were well-organized, and the bus ride to the village of Masca was an adventure in itself. The return trip also went smoothly. A highly recommended tour!
