I chose Lazy Cat based on my trust in Ctrip's reputation. The service attitude of Lazy Cat was indeed excellent, and the trip was worthwhile. Although the weather was not good today and there was a little incident in the middle, the tour guide helped me solve it smoothly. I am really grateful! The tour guide and crew were serious and responsible, and their attitude was also very good. They also provided a lot of emotional value. What a wonderful trip! We were lucky enough to see the glass-bottomed sea at almost every stop. The captain and guide adjusted the order of our visits to each spot based on crowds. For snorkeling, we even got to ride a glass-bottomed boat, where the boat driver took us to less crowded, clearer areas to see the fish. I highly recommend the water slides; I went five times. Wearing a life jacket kept me safe. The crew was always on hand to monitor the situation and ask if anyone needed help. We encountered some minor issues on our morning departure, and the owner patiently helped resolve them. The Twin Mirror boat we took was new and fast. Most of the people on board were foreigners, but we had a Chinese-speaking guide, so there were no worries. Overall, it was a truly five-star experience.

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.


