We were glad to book thiis attraction with trip.com. The local contracted Elephant Tour is very well organized, communication clearly, and attentive to all visitors. The three must do Hanging Trmple, Wooden Pagoda and Yangun Grottoes were completed in one day:))★

This was a well organised trip. Before our travel date, Nancy got in touch and collected all the necessary info for making the ticket bookings. She also provided all necessary info. On the day of the trip, the driver welcomed us at the Datong South station (hispeed train station) exit with a nameplate. The car was clean and spacious. The driver was also excellent. He took us first to the Hanging Temple. He collected the tickets for the entrance and shuttle bus. This helped us to visit the amazing Hanging temple smoothly. After the visit and lunch from the Hanging Temple information centre (from which the shuttle buses operate), he took us to Yungang Grottoes which is around 1.5 hours away. After that visit, he dropped us back at the train station at around 6:30, so that we could take the high speed train to Beijing. Over all an excellent experience. Thanks to Nancy and team for the excellent organisation of the trip for me and family.★

The next day, we chartered a car to Mount Hengshan and the Hanging Temple. The entire trip went incredibly smoothly! I contacted customer service CC about purchasing tickets a month in advance, and she was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, helping me confirm every detail so we could enter the park smoothly that day. Our driver, Zhang Gui, was also incredibly professional, providing lively and enthusiastic explanations. On the way back, he even took us to a famous local knife-cut noodle restaurant for dinner, which was a perfect end to our trip. It was a fulfilling and enjoyable two days. Datong, Shanxi is truly beautiful and fun! I'll definitely choose their service again next time I visit. Five-star recommendation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟★
