Reviews: Private Full Day Parma Food Tour: Parmesan Cheese, Parma Ham, Lunch, Vinegar
Guest User2025-09-24
Such an amazing tour. Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable, we learned so much about the process of cheese, making, prosciutto Parma making, and the balsamic vinegar process. The day went by very fast and we got to try delicious food; would definitely recommend.
Reviews: Parmigiano Reggiano & Aceto Balsamico tour with lunch

Both tours were superb. We began with the parma tour. Our personal guide was delightful. We saw how Parmesan cheese was made, including visiting the cows on this self-sustaining farm. While it wasn't grape harvesting season, the balsamic making tour was equally interesting, and seeing and smelling the different barrels age on the top floor gave us a good understanding of the ageing process. During our tastings with different foods our experience was capped off by a visit from the owner!

Wow - Michelle was incredible. Full of knowledge and a passion for her home. Both of which are so clearly seen as she shares her vest knowledge on tours. She showed our tour group a parmigiano reggiano tour at Villa Aiola and balsamic tour at Acetaia Picci. Beautiful people and food. Thanks again, Michelle!
