We had a wonderful tour with our knowledgeable guide and driver, Mr. Basel. All the sites were spectacular and Mr. Basel explained the historical significance of every place we passed. We spent enough time at every stop that it was a full day trip and Mr. Basel was patient throughout. We were worried about the heat but we didn't have to. The car itself is air-conditioned and there was cold water for us. I highly recommend this tour with Mr. Basel.★

Our tour was fantastic, highly recommended! We chose the 4:00 PM start, and we recommend it to everyone. The heat of the day is over then, you walk in the cool of the evening, and see Amman slowly transform into a magical city in the dark. Hussein was a fantastic guide: a really fun, kind man, approachable, humorous, and very relaxed. He had an incredible amount of information, from history and politics to daily life in Amman, and he did it in an accessible and friendly way. Our tour even lasted longer than planned, which made it feel truly personal and customized. We visited the mosque, saw the Roman theater from the most beautiful viewpoint, beautifully illuminated in the dark. We also explored places we would never have visited on our own. Along the way, we sampled delicious snacks. We had a great time, laughed a lot, and learned a lot. In short: the best way to discover Amman is with Hussein!
