From the first stop, he had the perfect mix of spooky storytelling, local history, and genuine humor—so it never felt “scripted,” it felt like wandering the Village with a friend who happens to know everything. He’s incredibly knowledgeable (the kind of guide who answers questions with extra fun details instead of rushing you along), and he kept the group engaged the whole time with tons of personality and great pacing. Even if you think you “know” Greenwich Village, Joel adds layers—hidden corners, eerie backstories, and those little neighborhood facts you’d never catch on your own. And the best part? After the tour, he didn’t just point and say “good luck”—he was genuinely helpful and walked with us to the subway to make sure we got where we needed to go. That extra care says a lot. If you’re booking a Greenwich Village ghost tour, ask for Joel. Funny, informative, and truly thoughtful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
