We really enjoyed the trip; the underground river is definitely worth a visit. There were virtually no long waits; instead of hanging out at the port, we spent time on the beach, where they organize zipline rides, and in the mangroves, while the guide handled all the port matters herself. Organizing the trip was straightforward, although we were picked up from our hotel a little earlier than planned.

A very good tour. The places to visit are magnificent! Excellent guide! The downsides were the lack of organization regarding transportation to the underground river, which made the wait somewhat tedious.
