The price is relatively cheap, and there are some misunderstandings in the middle. The driver originally arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and parked the car in the parking lot. We also waited in the lobby 10 minutes early, but there was a large tourist bus parked at the entrance of the lobby. just blocked the sight line between the parking lot and the lobby. That's how we all don't know that the other party has arrived and is waiting. I will contact the customer service immediately after you wait 15 minutes, and the driver will come in less than 2 minutes soon. The overall trip was very pleasant. The driver is very polite and the car is very new and comfortable.

I booked a car from my hotel in Pattaya to my hotel in Bangkok, but the driver was waiting at my hotel in Bangkok. My reservation was correct, but the service provider didn't read the order clearly, which wasted 40 minutes. Fortunately, I wasn't going to the airport, and the platform found another car in a timely manner. I felt that this car service was unreliable, although I did arrive at my destination safely.

Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much 🙏
