Step 2: View the ticket on the "e-ticket" page, click "Activate Ticket", and select a "7-day travel date". Once selected, it cannot be modified.

Step 3: Select any 3 facilities from the Kansai Enjoy Pass, then choose your preferred items from Luxury Zone A/B, click "Redeem" and select your "Visit Date" to complete ticket issuance.

Universal Studios Japan Admission Ticket:

Select your desired visit date to redeem the ticket and receive your Universal Studios Japan admission ticket. Present the ticket at the attraction for entry.

※Due to Universal Studios Japan's admission ticket sales policy, tickets can only be redeemed for dates when regular admission tickets are currently available. Dates too far in advance cannot be redeemed temporarily, but will become available for redemption once Universal Studios Japan opens ticket sales for those dates.

Each ticket can only be redeemed once for Universal Studios Japan and cannot be reused.

※Can be exchanged for any Universal Studios Japan admission ticket within the valid period without paying the price difference

※ Admission to Super Nintendo World requires either a "Universal Express Pass with Area Timed Entry Ticket" or an "Area Timed Entry Number Ticket."

If you encounter issues linking the app, please refer to the following instructions:

· You can enter Universal Studios Japan without linking by simply scanning the QR code in the confirmation document. For the Nintendo (Mario) area, you need to link the app and obtain a timed entry ticket through lottery. Currently, Universal Studios Japan only supports linking admission tickets with the Japanese or English versions of the app. Not linking will not affect your visit.

Update the app, or uninstall and reinstall it to get the new version.

· Scan directly from the paper ticket using the camera function in the Universal Studios Japan app.

② Board directly with your e-ticket

1. Click on the route you wish to redeem, and the product description will appear. After confirming the details, select your desired date and click "Redeem."

2. After redemption, a link will be provided. Open the link and click the blue button within it to access your e-ticket website.

Note: The QR code on this page cannot be used directly for boarding.

3. Click the blue "Change Ticket" button on the page, then click the "OK" button on the redirected page, and present the screen to the attendant to board.

How to Use:

Step 1: Register for a WEST QR account using the link on the voucher

1. Obtain the "QR Code Ticket Voucher (admission voucher)"

2. Access the "WEST QR dedicated website" (official registration page) via the link provided on your "QR Code Ticket Usage Certificate."

3. Enter a valid email address, create a custom password, and select your country/region

4. Verification and registration: Please enter the verification code received in your email (the verification code is valid for 5 minutes)

5. Complete account creation.

Step 2: After account registration, link your e-ticket

1. Sign in using the account registered in "Step 1"

2. After signing in, a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to link your tickets. Please select your preferred action. [Note: Once you press the "Register" button, the account linked to the tickets cannot be modified.]

※You can also enter the serial number on the "WESTQR Special Website" to link it.

3. After ticket registration is completed, you can verify the added tickets on the "Issued Tickets" page.

Step 3: Reserve train number and seats

1. After completing ticket registration, click "Seat Reservation" to select your train number and seat.

New seat reservations (reserved seats) and reservation changes can be made during the following periods.

Before ticket usage begins: Operations can be performed up to 30 days before the train departure. (When ticket usage starts, reserved seat bookings outside the ticket's validity period will be automatically canceled.)

Tickets can only be used for trains scheduled within the validity period after activation (for tickets currently in use).

Step 4: Activate your ticket (to be done on the day of travel)

1. Visit the "WESTQR dedicated website" and sign in with your registered account.

2. Select the tickets you wish to use from the ticket list.

3. On the ticket details page, click the "Start Using" button to submit the ticket activation request.

4. The ticket details page will display a QR code. Align the QR code with the red QR code scanner on the automatic gate to pass through.

Important Notes:

If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder or verify the domain configuration of your sign-in email.

If it has been a long time since your last registration attempt, please verify the domain configuration and proceed with the account registration again.

·If you don't enter the verification code, you won't be able to complete account registration.

· "HARUKA" designated seats can be reserved at station ticket machines or counters, with seat selection only available from "WEST QR Ticket Dedicated Seats".

Reservations can be made from 30 days in advance up to 3 minutes before the train's departure time. Trains with less than 3 minutes remaining until departure cannot be selected for new reservations or reservation changes.

If you do not "start using" the service at least 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your reserved train, your reserved seat booking will be automatically canceled.

• If your desired train's reserved seats are fully booked or you haven't reserved a seat ticket in advance, you can choose an unreserved seat (open seating) or book "WEST QR Reserved Seats" on other trains

If you miss your designated train, your reserved seat ticket will become invalid, and changes or cancellations will not be possible.

Reserved seat vouchers can only be redeemed once.

If you have used up all your reserved seat tickets or did not book reserved seat tickets in advance, you can directly use non-reserved seats.

※Note: Additional fees may apply for some facilities. For example, at Solaniwa Onsen Osaka Bay Tower, a bathing tax of JPY150 must be paid separately at the counter.

Important Notes:

1. The validity period of the ticket after purchase is from September 8, 2025 to June 5, 2026. Within this period, select 7 consecutive days for use and activate the ticket. After activation, any unused/unredeemed items will automatically expire after the deadline.

2. Once the ticket is activated or redeemed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We recommend redeeming it before departure to ensure travel flexibility.

3. Some vouchers may not be redeemable during the pre-booking period. Please check the product's terms and conditions carefully, and redeem after the booking date becomes available.

4. The Enjoy Pass does not require additional product exchange. Simply open the ticket within the 7-day validity period and use the QR code to activate it immediately.

5. Each person is limited to one pass per visit. Each facility can only be used once, and re-entry to the same facility is not permitted.
