A very satisfying service experience. I was wary and cautious about traveling to Kazakhstan, fully aware of the potential for scams. Ctrip, at least, has greater credibility and is traceable. The usual story unfolded, but a healthy ecosystem protects customer rights, and the ultimate outcome was a happy one. The high fees are understandable based on international standards, and they also protect customer rights and service quality. I hope to see more cost-effective services in the future.

Our guide Saya was the best! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip fun and comfortable for everyone. This was around £55 and included transport to and from the place. I chose package B which included a drop, bicycles, zip line, giant swing, jungle coaster and coffee and cake. This was something I did so that I can conquer my fears and it was very scary (I’m afraid of heights) but I’m glad I did it. It was abit pricey for what it was but overall had a good time.

fun experience. they professionally dress you head to toe. we got the hairdo package which was super fun to have your hair beautifully decorated. they also provide jewelery, a bag and lockers. very close walking distance to the temple where you can find photographers lined up offering their services. amazing experience
