Everything is great and clear, cheaper than tickets at the port, and you don't have to go anywhere. Advice: wear sweaters on board; it's 15 degrees there. I'm attaching a code for entry to Thailand and Malaysia; fill it out in advance so you don't have to deal with it at the port.★

Everything went well. We were picked up from the hotel at 8:20 (even though we were supposed to be picked up at 8:00), but they delivered us to the pier on time. We waited a bit and then headed to the ferry. We arrived just over two hours later.★
