Tour guide Ben was an experienced tour guide.. as my hubby have poor mobility, he is able to advise the areas to tour and areas to avoid because of steps and stairs.. they are responsible and ensures that we are picked up and dropped off according to the package booked. Unlike our night cruise and Hongya cave tour by another agent, the experience was so bad that I would not want to review it.. will go back to Ben again when I re-visit Chongqing.★

I am super satisfied with this transfer service! My driver (Mr Ye) was punctual, friendly and very helpful. Mr Ye helped me to decide appropriate pick-up and drop off points, based on where I wanted to go at the lake. The drives to and from Qiandao Lake were smooth and relaxing, and the vehicles were smart and clean! Here are some photos of my time at Qiandao lake - I have none from my transfer journeys... I was so comfy, I slept nearly the whole time!🤦♀️🤣★
