▲ Hanzhong is located in the transitional zone between the warm temperate and subtropical climate zones. To the north lies the Qinling Mountains, while to the south are the Bashan Mountains, with the Han River flowing across the entire region, forming the Hanzhong Basin. The basin enjoys mild summers without extreme heat and winters without severe cold, with abundant rainfall and humid air. The annual precipitation ranges from 800 to 1000 millimeters, and the average annual temperature is 14°C, creating an excellent ecological environment that provides ideal conditions for the growth of rapeseed flowers. The southern Shaanxi region, particularly Hanzhong, is a traditional rapeseed cultivation base. Every March and April, vast fields of rapeseed flowers bloom simultaneously, offering a breathtaking and mesmerizing spectacle of colors.
