To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the guide . If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the Pick-up and drop-off location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by delays caused by such reasons, or for any additional costs such as related flight, train or bus fares and other travel expenses.11. If it is convenient for the group to operate, transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip and assign different guide and drivers to provide services.12. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the guide in advance and obtain his consent. You must sign a departure agreement.
