We chose the morning session, and I had a Chinese-speaking teacher. They even arranged for a car to pick us up from the hotel – so thoughtful! The local professional teacher then led us to a local market, where we picked and learned about Thai spices. Overall, it was fantastic! A lively and engaging Chinese-speaking chef taught us how to cook Thai food step-by-step!★

The venue is clean and tidy. The tour guides are local Thai girls and boys. There is also a group to remind us of the meeting time. Generally speaking, they are very enthusiastic and introduce each ingredient carefully. Because the school has helped us with the proportion of ingredients, the food we make is very delicious, which is highly praised!
