1. For customers weighing over 90 kg (inclusive), an additional charge of 300 CNY will be applied for every 5 kg. Customers weighing over 115 kg cannot participate in skydiving.

The minimum age for tandem skydiving is 8 years old. Participants under 18 years old require parental or guardian consent. Healthy individuals aged 8 to 70 can participate.

3. To ensure you can experience skydiving as scheduled, it is recommended to make a reservation at least one day in advance and check-in near the base the day before your skydiving activity.

For the entire skydiving activity, including the round-trip transfer time between the local hotel and the skydiving base, we recommend reserving half a day for the experience.

5. Please arrive at the skydiving base on time at the reserved time slot, and present your valid ID (ID card/passport/military officer ID) to start the activity.

6. It is recommended not to consume excessive alcohol the night before skydiving and avoid eating too much before the activity. Skydiving is not allowed within 24 hours after diving. Pregnant women, individuals with a history of heart or brain diseases, severe hypertension, or other special conditions cannot participate in skydiving activities. If feeling unwell during the activity, please inform the instructor immediately.

7. Please follow the instructor's guidance and arrangements after entering the skydiving base;

8. For safety reasons, individuals with fewer than 200 jumps are not permitted to use photography or videography equipment during skydiving activities. If you wish to capture your skydiving experience, we provide professional photographers who can jump with you to help document these unforgettable moments.

9. If you usually wear prescription glasses, we will provide you with goggles that fit over them; if you wear contact lenses, we recommend bringing eye drops to prevent the lenses from drying out.

10. Wear comfortable, casual clothing with minimal buttons. In winter, we recommend dressing warmly, though the base also provides skydiving jumpsuits. Opt for sneakers or canvas shoes—ensure they won't slip off mid-air. High heels or sandals are not allowed.

11. The specific time for skydiving can only be noted and cannot be specified in advance. The actual time will be determined by the base's notification of arrival.

12. Placing an order does not guarantee final confirmation. If the scheduled flights for the day are fully booked after placing the order, it will automatically be postponed to the next available flight date. Our company is not responsible for any losses incurred. Please check with the merchant regarding flight availability before placing your order.

13. Skydiving is highly susceptible to weather conditions and air traffic control. If the experience cannot be conducted due to force majeure factors like weather, a free refund or rescheduling will be offered without additional liability compensation. Please be advised.
