The tour guide will contact you the day before the tour and confirm meeting point and timing. Was hassle free. Everything went accordingly to itinerary stated. Onsen experience was not able to be fulfilled cause of limited time but you get to see the swans. Our tour guide Serina did a fantastic job 👍🏻👍🏻 Got to view the 2 lakes and visit Oshino Hakkai all in 1.

It was a good day despite the traffic jam causing the delay. Our tour guide, Ben was excellent and so was our driver.  Fuji San at sunset was breathtaking and I considered myself very lucky to see that.

从最开始的疑问解答，到最后完成整个旅程，每一个工作人员都热心周到。当天在东京的导游非常贴心，还为大家准备了驱蚊水，没到一个地方都很为我们旅客着想，走的时候花了将近一个小时把我们到带到地铁站，还带领着我们买新干线的车票，带着我们上地铁，把第二天我们要走的线路都认了一遍，非常感动！家人般的温暖。当天开车的游师傅也非常好，当天下大雨，为大家提供雨伞，拿东西。7星好评都值得！

首先要夸一夸我们的导游【福卓】，超级温柔有耐心，期间出了一点小状况也都很耐心地解决了，而且还主动给我们拍照片，很奈斯。其次行程也不累，规划合理，我们去的时候天气不好都被云遮住了，幸运的是最后在河口湖看到了富士山的面貌，拍到了好看的照片，很满意了！

Secondly, the itinerary is not tired, the planning is reasonable, when we went, the weather was not good and the clouds were covered. 愉快的一天富士山團。行程緊湊一天去了好幾個網紅打卡地點，但都有足夠時間去拍照🤳。導遊Andy 很細心講解每個景點，又會很好的幫團友排隊買手信，節省時間👍🏻

A pleasant day at Mount Fuji Group. The itinerary was compact and I went to several online red punching places in a day, but there was enough time to take pictures 🤳. The tour guide Andy explained each attraction very carefully, and would be very good to help the group friends queue up to buy hand letters, saving time 👍🏻
