For all free items, if the guests voluntarily give up, no fees will be refunded. If the free items cannot be given for some reason, no refund will be made. Tourists holding military officer certificates, senior citizen certificates and other certificates will be exempted from tickets after presenting relevant certificates at all attractions. Only the travel agency discount price of the attractions included in the itinerary will be refunded, and the Guide will refund it to the guests.11. Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency. They must not deceive or conceal anything. The travel agency does not bear any responsibility for further illness and casualties caused by personal physical disabilities during the travel itinerary. This situation is also included in the Insurance 's deductible in the existing Insurance liability insurance and accident insurance clauses. Individuals with mental illness and inability to control behavior cannot sign up for the tour. Tourists are not allowed to leave the group without authorization. If they leave the group midway for their own reasons, they must write a departure application form, which can only be left after being signed and confirmed by our agency. The fees for the gift items will not be refunded. Any situation after leaving the group has nothing to do with the travel agency.12. Before the tour departs, please inform the tourists to fill out the opinion form carefully. In case of complaints, our company will take the opinion form signed by the guest locally as the basis. If there are any reception issues, please raise them before leaving the group. Our company will not deal with them after leaving Qin. We will not accept any subsequent disputes arising from guests filling out the opinion form falsely or not filling out the opinion form. Please understand.13. Group payment must be settled for each group. Guests should remit payment before departure. Please send the remittance slip to our company and write down your company's name so that we can check the account. The Peak season in Beidaihe is from July 1 to August 31, with Friday and Saturday being weekends. Staying only on Saturday is considered an odd Saturday.15. If there is a complaint from tourists due to the inconsistency between the contract signed between your agency and the guests and the content and requirements of the reception confirmation document entrusted by your agency to our agency, our agency will not accept it and your agency shall bear the responsibility.16.
