If you contact us after leaving the scene, or after receiving treatment at a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy at your own expense, the insurance company may refuse to compensate due to difficulties in verifying the situation at the time or because it has exceeded the travel insurance period. This may result in customers losing their entitled protection and our company will not be held responsible.</li><li>The hotel shuttle is a shared service, so the arrival time at hotels of different distances may vary slightly. To ensure that everyone's itinerary proceeds smoothly and happily, please wait in the hotel lobby (not in the room) in advance according to the appointment time on the confirmation slip.
