I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my driver, Krisna, who turned out to be such a wonderful person! This was my first time hiring a private driver in Bali, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Even though my English isn't perfect, we had amazing conversations, laughed a lot, and joked around throughout the day. I had such a blast - in fact, the day I spent with Krisna was genuinely one of my absolute favorite days in Bali! I managed to visit almost every place on my bucket list and got so many incredible photos. Krisna helped me out in so many ways, kept my spirits high, and was just an all-around kind, amazing guy. By the end of the trip, I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye! But I really hope to return to Bali soon so we can explore Ubud together again and finish the rest of our itinerary! 😁😁 Krisna, thank you so much for everything - you made my Bali experience so much brighter and more beautiful! This was a must try experience in Bali, wake up to be picked up from your hotel around 245am and the driver will fetch you to the basecamp. At the basecamp you will be greeted with coffee or tea if required, blanket are there for rent if you dress lightly. Our jeep driver Lena has been an amazing driver which scale the journey to the viewpoint professionally. Gazing at the view of Mount Batur from nightfall to the rise of sunrise at around 6am. There are sandwich and mee sedap at the top for breakfast. The journey include the visit to Black Lava, coffee plantation, rice terrace and the Kanto Lampo Waterfall. Your ticket for the waterfall has been pay and you will be granted 2 free photo shot, if you want professional photo it will be another 50k idr pay on site. The experience overall has been amazing with the joy on the weather for a beautiful view.

Great! We were picked up from our hotel in Ubud at 2:45 AM, taken to base camp, treated to tea and coffee, and then transferred to the jeeps to watch the sunrise! The driver took lots of photos; it was absolutely beautiful! We also had breakfast there. Afterward, we went to see the black lava; it felt like we were on another planet. Next, we went to the hot springs, but honestly, I wasn't thrilled. There were a lot of flies, the toilets, showers, and changing rooms weren't very clean, and there were a lot of people. I think we could leave that out of the program. The guides and drivers were fantastic! We really enjoyed everything!

Wira was a great and friendly guide and driver , picking me up on time and taking me to many different places. Massar at Mt Batur was also very patient and skilled at navigating the jeep up to Mt Batur. Overall it was the best experience I've had in Bali!
