Please inform Customer Service in advance.)</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>Pick Up and Drop Off</h2><ul><li>Our CS will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, email, etc. 3-5 days before the trip date (Line/WeChat users, please make sure your ID is set to public) to get confirmation with CS and the driving guide.</li><li>Departure time will be decided based on the guest's itinerary.</li><li>For round trip hotel transfers, please fill in the full address of your hotel in Seoul city at checkout.</li><li>Please wait at the pick up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.</li><li>Please note: Airport Transfer service is an add-on service and would be included in 10-hour package (The service time starts from the moment of pick-up, not a transfer with extra time).</li><li>Airport transfer service is ONLY available with on the same date and Please inform Customer Service in advance.</li><li>Please make your reservation based on the actual number of passengers; If you are carrying any luggage other than handbags, one more item of luggage can be kept for every less person onboard. A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage. Please reserve a larger car if you have a lot of stuff and luggage.</li><li>The driver won't enter the attractions with you and no guide service is available.</li><li>We accept one pick-up point only. If starting from different points, please book separately.</li><li>Please be sure to indicate the exact number of passengers and luggage on the payment page. Please understand that the supplier will not be held liable if the vehicle capacity does not match on the day due to incorrect information being entered while booking.</li><li>Please add airport transfers to those who pick up or drop off at hotels near the airport, Incheonarea (Yeongjongdo etc.). If the pick-up or drop-off time (flight time) exceeds the service time of 8:00AM-10:00PM, additional service fees will be charged.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>Surcharge table</h2><ul><li>All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver</li><li>Service time is 8:00AM-10:00PM. Overtime charges KRW 25,000 per hour (including extended durations at spots, traffic jams, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Out-of-service time charges KRW50,000 (Before 8AM/ After 10PM)</li><li>Airport Transfer service (one way) charges KRW 80,000 ((Please get in touch with Customer Service if needed)</li><li>The total service duration is 10 hours, from the meet-up point to the drop-off location. If you would like to get off anywhere out of Seoul, please notice the overtime charge would still be calculated as well.</li><li>Baby Car Seat KRW17,000 Per Day (Please get in touch with Customer Service if needed)</li><li>Long-distance or cross areas ( total driving distance between 250km to 350km) extra charge will be KRW150,000. If the total driving distance is over 350km, extra charge will be added on : KRW150,000/ 350km and KRW50,000 per every 50km.</li><li>The driver will make every effort to find free parking.
